Management of Innovation

In this programme, you learn how to create, develop and implement innovations, such as new products, services, processes, and business models. You acquire creativity, project management, portfolio management and other innovation management skills. Through real-life teaching cases, interactive guest lectures, company visits, and business projects, you tap into the latest academic knowledge and the extensive experience of professionals from multinationals and innovative start-ups.

Mode of education

In addition to lectures, you work in small groups on business cases and assignments. You work on many of the exercises together in teams. Skills training, presentations, visiting lecturers, and practitioner discussions are all part of the curriculum. To graduate, you demonstrate the competencies in analytical and research skills you have learned by writing an individual thesis on a topic of your choice.
