Join us for an inspiring and festive afternoon in Rotterdam. We'll bring together educators, professionals, and students to explore the future of entrepreneurship education in the Netherlands.
Programme
The event starts with a plenary opening (13:45 – 15:00 at the Aula) with as special guest Her Majesty Queen Máxima and inspiring speakers and a panel.
Queen Máxima, a member of the Dutch Committee for Entrepreneurship, attends the plenary opening of the O2LAB programme. Annelien Bredenoord, president of the Executive Board of Erasmus University Rotterdam, gives a speech on 'Entrepreneurship in the world of education'.
O2LAB Hubs Impact
Representatives of the seven regional O2LAB hubs talk about the results. The hubs are partnerships between educational institutions and entrepreneurs from the region. They research effective teaching methods and contribute to their scaling up. They also support initiatives that promote cooperation and knowledge sharing between educational institutions and work closely with entrepreneurs to align the education agenda with developments in SMEs. The plenary programme will conclude with a panel discussion on the future of entrepreneurship education.
Entrepreneurship festival
Following this, there will be an entrepreneurship festival where Queen Máxima will participate in three standing table discussions on the themes:
- Future of entrepreneurship in education
- Entrepreneurship as a student
- Inclusive entrepreneurship
After the plenary opening you can choose to join one of the following programmes:
- O2LAB Community – for education professionals with hands-on workshops about the future of entrepreneurship education (in Dutch)
