Erasmus+ is the EU programme to support education, training, youth and sport. The programme offers students, teachers and professionals from the Netherlands the opportunity to study, do an internship or collaborate on projects abroad. Participation is financially supported by the European Union.
Erasmus+ Key Actions
The Erasmus+ programme offers a wide range of opportunities not just for students, but also for staff. The 2021-2027 programme supports activities across the programme's Key Actions, including providing funding for approved Erasmus+ projects. The Key Actions are commonly referred to as KA1, KA2, etc. You can read about them below.
- Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1): Learning Mobility of Individuals
Supports physical and blended mobility of students and staff members. - Erasmus+ Key Action 2 (KA2): Cooperation Among Organisations and Institutions
Supports partnerships between organisations and institutions for cooperation, excellence, innovation, and/or capacity-building projects.
Erasmus+ Projects
- European Credit Mobility (KA131)
Enables student and staff mobilities between Erasmus University Rotterdam and its partner institutions within the European Union and other Erasmus+ programme countries. - International Credit Mobility (KA171)
Enables project-based student, doctoral, and staff mobility to specific countries, regions, and institutions outside the EU.
