Biography
Sophia Frick is an Assistant Professor at the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioral Sciences in the Work and Organizational Psychology group. Her areas of experise include the role of light and sleep in employee wellbeing. Sophia is part of the Sectorplan SSH-Breed 'The Influence of Digitalization on Work, Prosperity and Entrepreneurship'.
