Nine steps for setting up an IDEA office

Three students talking to each other.

Today we proudly present IDEA-net's Guideline Toolkit on how to establish an IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access) Office. We’ve been working on this guide for a number of years with colleagues across Europe, so it brings together a huge amount of expertise in a clear, accessible piece of work.

IDEA-net is an European Union funded unique partnership of several European universities and institutions, coordinated by IDEA Center - Erasmus University Rotterdam. Together, we are establishing a community of practice on inclusion, diversity, equity and access.

You can read or download it for free on the IDEA-net website.
