In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll be introduced to Mohiniyattam, a South Indian classical dance form known for its soft, fluid movements and rich emotional expression. Through guided movement and simple rhythmic patterns, we’ll explore how dance becomes a language — one that communicates feeling, character, and story.

What if stories were told not through words, but through the body?
This beginner-friendly session offers a gentle entry into the cultural roots of Indian classical dance, while inviting you to experiment with embodiment, presence, and narrative through motion. Expect a calm yet creative atmosphere that encourages curiosity, grounding, and self-expression.
No previous dance experience needed — just wear comfortable clothes and be ready to move.
