This online training for academic leaders addresses these questions by offering research-informed tools and strategies for effectively navigating perspective differences in complex institutional environments.
The training is based on findings from an NWO-supported research project conducted by scholars at Erasmus University Rotterdam and Tilburg University, including a large-scale qualitative study with over 75 in-depth interviews with academics across Dutch universities.
