Biography
Dr. Chintan Kella works as Lecturer at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University since April 2023. His research and teaching explore how organizations and communities navigate diversity, inclusion, and sustainability transitions. His work examines how institutional mediation, trust, and identity shape collective action in complex settings—from intentional communities like Auroville to higher-education systems and workplaces. At RSM, Chintan leads experiential courses such as Diversity, Inclusion & the Future of Work and Organizational Theory & Dynamics, known for their reflective workbooks, simulation games, and collaborations with societal partners.
His current projects, including the LDE-GMD Seed Fund project INCLUDE focusing on ethnographic and participatory approaches to understand how institutions craft more inclusive and resilient futures.
