Managing stress is about more than just “relaxing” – it’s about developing skills to face the situations that trigger it most. But how do you do that effectively when exams, presentations, or anxiety keep you stuck?
In this group, you will learn practical, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy–based techniques to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, reduce anxiety, and manage difficult emotions. You’ll discover how to approach studying, test-taking, and public speaking with more confidence, and how to break cycles of procrastination and self-criticism.
Through guided practice, discussion, and reflection, you’ll develop strategies you can use immediately in academic situations – and beyond. The small group size (maximum 10 students) ensures individual attention, while the 8 weekly sessions allow time to build and apply your skills. An intake interview helps determine whether this training or another form of support best suits your needs.
