Please ensure your registration in Studielink is completed before proceeding to the next step.

  3. Finalise your application in the EUR Admissions Portal
After registering in Studielink, you will receive an automatic email with a link to the EUR Admissions Portal. Use this portal to complete your application and upload the required documents (such as your thesis statement or a dispensation request).
You will need your ERNA username and password to log in.

Make sure you have your ERNA username and password ready, as these are required to log in to the portal.

Incomplete credits at the time of application

If you have not yet completed all your courses, you may still submit an application. It will be placed on hold until your final grades are available. Once registered, the Examination Board will assess your application and inform you of the outcome before the start of the academic year.

However, if you expect to receive your final results before the 1 August deadline, we recommend waiting to apply until your grades are published.
