Finding a job is not just about applying – it’s about having a strategy.
Many (international) students rely too heavily on job ads and online platforms. In this workshop, you’ll learn how the Dutch labour market really works and how to build a proactive, targeted approach to your job search.
We will explore the unwritten rules of recruitment in the Netherlands, why networking matters more than you think, and how to position both your professional and personal value in a way that resonates with employers.
You will gain insight into how to define your career direction, identify suitable employers, and connect with people who can help you get there. You’ll leave the session with practical tools, useful resources, and a clear strategy tailored to your strengths, goals, and background.
