Who is this for?

This MicroLab is intended for TAs and Tutors that have completed basic didactic training and want to enhance their skills in giving written feedback to students. It is crucial that you can apply what you have learnt in practice and that you have some prior experience in giving written feedback.

What will you achieve?

  • Prioritize and limit yourself to the essential aspects of giving feedback;
  • Formulate constructive feedback and feedforward that students can learn from;
  • Apply the preconditions for effective feedback.

Form and time investment

This MicroLab has a blended format and consists of preparation materials and assignments, followed by an online 3-hour workshop and a proof of competence. In the workshop you will also receive feedback upon your written feedback and assignments from the trainer and your peers.

Earn an Edubadge

If you made the preparation and participated in the session, you can earn an Edubadge. This is a digital, visual certificate which you can share on e.g. LinkedIn. Interested parties can immediately click on the certificate to find out what you have done to achieve the Edubadge.
