Biography
Louise Smink is a PhD-candidate at the Department of Public Administration and Sociology, Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences (ESSB). She holds a Master of Science in Empirical Political Science with a particular focus on citizen participation.
She conducts research on the delivery of public services with an emphasis on citizen's satisfaction with such services.
